After flipping through Sweet Potatoes: Roasted, Loaded, Fried, and Made into Pie I realize just how adaptable this root vegetable is.
I love how organized the book is, dividing recipes up into categories. And the photographs are beautiful. Not every recipe has a photo but the ones that are there made my mouth water. I can’t wait to try these recipes ranging from the savory soups to the sweet cinnamon rolls!
